Kris Gounden: The Vandalism is starting Again

I would like to thank the people at baiganchoka for the opportunity to allow our story (nightmare) to be told as it unfolds. NYPD 106 pct was called on saturday Aug 23 at approx 3pm. Someone had vandalized our property. The police said they were ‘familiar’ with our case. The howard beach police (106 pct) stated ‘you’re pissing off a lot of people with your fence!’. I explained to the officer, this is private property, my neighbors have an illegal driveway- as confirmed by the legal dept of the Queens borough president!
Isn’t it interesting that when Im proven to be right, even the police find it impossible to uphold the law in favor of a minority . I had to explain myself as if it were a trial, I finally said ‘would you live next to a pedifile who’s picture was posted around the elementary school only blocks away!’ I could’nt make this stuff up. Half of Howard Beach was down on my block when it happened (before I came here), but is’nt it interesting this same guy was interviewed and quoted in a local Howard Beach paper after the attack on our family. All the Howard Beach papers have been cruel to our family and defended the attack (by Hussey). I have all the copies!
We were/are not victims , we have never been treated that way. Even the Howard Beach police had to be ordered (by Manhattan Hate crime NYPD) to protect us 24-7 for five months. Manhattan had to make the arrest, ‘Howard Beach (106 pct) is not trained in hate crime!’. I was told this in the captain’s office at the 106 pct.
Should I give up and move?
