One Year Anniversary: Racial Prejudice in Howard Beach, NY

August 11, 2008

Today marks the one year anniversary of the Howard Beach attack on our family. I would never imagine in any of my wildest dreams the events to follow would forever change our lives. The past year has been a learning experience for me and my family with much frustration. Over the past year, I searched for answers to the current situation - I found them! Those that gave me their time to listen to our story were helpful in many ways. We are victims of crimes committed against us that has been going on too long. The voices of victims of the past have been dormant for too long, which is why these crimes continue to take place with no consequences.

If my problems are really about violations, then the Howard Beach contractors (’strongly’ recommended by Councilman Joe Addabbo) should be arrested. No politician has the right to ‘BULLY’ anyone around (especially uninvited to their house!).

On this one year anniversary, things are getting worse, to the point of violence! The last times the Howard Beach police (106 pct) was here, I did state ‘The 106pct will eventually get their wish of arresting me if they won’t enforce the order of protection against Hussey’
My fifteen year old daughter does’nt need to be harrased by a white Howard Beach adult male (who we have an order of protection against!)

Law enforcement in Howard Beach(NYPD 106 pct) is a joke! I’ve been threatened with arrest several times by the Howard Beach police (106 pct) for standing up for my rights. My family deserves to live here as much as any other family. Howard Beach is filled with law enforcement people in every way, shape and form.

Don’t believe me? Much more to follow…
