According to a editorial publish in the Kaieteur News, Germany will grant eight million Euros to Pan Caribbean Partnership against HIV/AIDS. Countries that will benefit from this grant are Haiti, Dominican Republic, Barbados, Belize, Jamaica, Eastern Caribbean Islands and St Marten. Where is Guyana mentioned in all of this?
